As a queer artist who was born and raised in Vermont, I know how far Vermonters have come and how far we have yet to go, to ensure the queer kids of Vermont survive, feel safe, loved and supported to be themselves. My hope is that those who buy this art hang it to remind all, Vermont has pride - and it acts as a beckon of joy.
